Student Advisors to the Chancellor

Vicky Valtierra is a fourth-year student who is pursuing a degree in Managerial Economics and a minor in Political Science, along with interests in other subject areas. She is a part of many different communities on campus: the Latino community, women-focused groups, and pre-law communities. Vicky has also worked at the Students’ Advocate Office, where she helps students navigate disputes with the university and has been exposed to many different concerns about student life at Davis. Her favorite part of being involved on campus is meeting new people and hearing about their perspectives on college life. Vicky looks forward to sharing this insight with the Chancellor and the Chancellor's Undergraduate Advisory Board.
