Student Advisors to the Chancellor

Isaiah is a fifth-year Political Science and Statistics double major. Isaiah seeks to center the voices of the most vulnerable in hopes of crafting dialogue, space, and actionable projects to mobilize institutions’ commitment to social and educational justice. He hopes to use this role as a liaison between students and administration to increase transparency and bring tangible change across campus sectors. Isaiah served as a student director and retention coordinator at the Student Recruitment and Retention Center over the past three years, and is excited to continue the work of advocacy that he was exposed to as a part of at the center. Aside from his endeavors on campus, Isaiah is also involved in the Sacramento LGBTQ+ center as well as a legal clinic providing support to those in need in the Sacramento area. In his free time, Isaiah enjoys dancing, playing his guitar, and trying new foods.
