Student Advisors to the Chancellor

Alyssa Tamayo is a fourth-year Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering student. Over her time at UC Davis she has proactively immersed herself in various aspects of undergraduate life. Some of her prior and current involvements include volunteering at the Craft Center, serving 3 times as an orientation leader, working as a peer advisor at the Career Center, participating on the Student Alumni Association Board, and holding an officer position for the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society. Apart from looking to represent women in engineering and other male-dominant disciplines, she is also passionate about the undergraduate experience in general and looking to make a positive impact on the everyday experience of the student population.
