Morgan Manchester is a fourth-year Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning student at UC Davis, with a minor in Gender Studies. Driven by a commitment to advancing gender equity and environmental justice, she believes that true sustainability cannot be achieved without addressing the needs of marginalized communities. As a researcher for UC Davis’ Center for Environmental Policy and Behavior, Morgan is passionate about understanding how systemic inequalities intersect with environmental issues and is dedicated to creating solutions that promote community involvement, sustainability, and equity. In addition to her research, Morgan serves as the STEM Coordinator for the Women’s Resource and Research Center and as President of Davis Period, where she advocates for menstrual equity and empowers gender minorities in STEM. With aspirations to pursue a legal career as an attorney, Morgan aims to advocate for social and environmental justice, working towards a society where all voices are heard and valued.
