Student Advisors to the Chancellor

Steven Hartman is a curious third-year student pursuing a double major in Aerospace Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. As a student, Steven has dug in through rigorous coursework, attaining high levels of academic success. While most of his coursework is learning fundamental concepts on paper, he builds up hands-on experience as a member of the Aggie Propulsion and Rocket Lab all to further progress his academic interests.

Outside of academics, Steven has spent the last year as an Academic Peer Mentor, fostering the academic transition of first-year students in the residence halls. In his current role as a Peer Coordinator, Steven supports and develops new Peer Mentors in the Residential Academics program. Steven can often be found at the ARC and enjoys weightlifting and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
